  1. How do I log in to RenWeb for the first time?
    In order to log on to the RenWeb site for the first time, students will use the provided password and Gmail address ending in @heritagewarriors.org. Click here to access the RenWeb Login Page.

    NOTE: You will need to click the "Create New Parents Web Account" button below the login fields the first time you are attempting to access the site. Follow the steps below.

    Student:

    1. Go to the ParentWeb Login page, select Student button
    2. Click Create new parents web account
    3. District Code LA-CA
    4. Enter the @ heritagewarriors.org email address
    5. Click “create account”
    a. Renweb sends confirmation email to the gmail (@heritagewarriors.org) address. Confirmation email contains a link.
    6. Go to gmail.com, enter the labhs.org email address AND the password to retrieve the RenWeb email with the link. You will then set up your own account information and be ready to use the system.

    Parent:

    1. Go to the ParentWeb Login page, select Parent button
    2. Click create new parents web account
    3. District Code LA-CA
    4. Enter the email address that the school has on file. If you need to update the e-mail address we have, please use this form to do so.
    5. Click “create account”

  2. As a parent, how do I change the e-mail address HCS has on file?
    Simply use this online form to submit a new e-mail address to us. We will update it in the Renweb system as well as in our own records.

  3. Are the elementary school students on schedules that are separate from the secondary school students?
    Yes, elementary students have a separate schedule from the secondary students for recess, lunch, and chapel.

  4. I've followed the instructions, but I still can't register. What do I do?
    Simply send an e-mail to renweb@heritage-schools.org and explain the error message/problem you are having. Include your username and password. You will receive a reply in one school day!
