hi fred the position on fire extinguishers used to be , that the item should be easily accesable by the driver whilst fully belted in, and easily removed , however i offered to fit one to my class ten some years ago and was told that the items were to be removed and shaken regulary so as not to compact the contents as is often the case due to the vibration , this info may by now be outdated ,but i hope it helps a bit |
