Seems like some of the guys are interested in the saltwater stuff here - I wanted to share this fish we caught on Wednesday of this past week while trolling spreader bars on Stellwagen...



Taped out at 73" on the nose and we estimated live weight to be around 275 lbs. Fight lasted about 30 minutes, but it took two of us 45 minutes to get it into the boat.

This was on a rec permit so no selling - on a rec permit you are allowed one fish 73" or greater per year, per boat.
