I am so excited about this. This is where alll my food will be. What I am eating, What I am not eating and how I am doing it.
So the first day of the diet has begun. I did really well this morning with my creamer in my coffee. I only had one cup this morning and I am feeling it now!! Geez I am tired!! I believe in journaling your food so I will be writing down what I eat here and I hope you do the same so we can lean on each other.
Breakfast: 1 cup coffee with 2 tablespoons
Lunch: 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich on
whole wheat and multi grain bread
1 small cup tomato soup
Dinner: 1 small salad
Snack: Starbucks Skinny, sugar free vanilla latte'
Lets hope I dont binge tonight....I bought some trail mix to help. The roughage usually does...... |
