When are they going to finally outlaw Mickey D's?? I swear I dont ever eat at fats food rests. That is one thing I can say about my food is that I dont eat at those places.....every blue moon I will splurge on a taco salad from Taco Hell but other than that...No

I have been out all day long, shopping with the kids, and you know how Wally Mart has a Mickey Dee's inside?? Well, it was quick and it was fast and I didnt have to make yet one more stop. So I trot on up to the counter and there I go.....I cant have just one thing...NOOOOOOOOO....I have got to have variety at Mc Donalds!! BOOOOOOO...so 1 big mac and 1 filet of fish later I am feeling like a big fat putz.....Yes I ate 2 sandwiches and I had 2 StarBucks frapps today......with plans to meet my friends for dinner and a meeting.
I am not happy with myself. When you get to this point you dont know whethger to just not eat anymore until the next day or go with it and keep eating......I feel that not eating anymore is the best choice for today.........
