I need to know how old you are now, for starters. I know that since you live in a more central Arkansas area that your parents might not be too receptive to your needs, to dress. I have found that many people in this State are very tolerant with the Transgender needs.
If you are still under 18, I am limited in what I can advise you on. I do want to say that telling one or both of your parents can be a positive thing. If you approach the subject correctly, and dont just walk out of your room in a skirt and blouse, many parents can be very understanding.
On the other hand, since you have internet access, there are several good sites that can give you advise on makeup and such.
The hardest part, for you, might be the purchase of the needed supplies to find a color match and something that looks good on you.
There are some good resources on the web that can help you get factual information on Crossdressing, so you can pass it on to your parents.
You also need to consider that you have some personal information on your message. This is a "PUBLIC" forum. Meaning that anyone can read it.
