Are you saying that there is prevalent dengue and malaria on the island or not? I know in the past there has been out breaks and precautions needed to be taken but the present situation Im not sure of. Malaria pills are a pain in the **s and dengue is only preventable with precautionary measures..dont let the bed bugs bite

Dengui for sure on KP. June about 3 years ago, there were a lot of folks comming down with Dengui. Mallairia I can't say for sure, but with the dry year and water problems that have been accuring on the island this year, it wouldn't be a suprise if cases of Mallairia are showing up. |

hi ! never heard of any malaria cases in the south of thailand , which is much more severe than dengue. except for parts in the extreme north , on the boarder to laos and cambodia and maybe koh chang thailnd should have no malaria ! have been to kpg every winter in the last 7 years and not heard of any cases of malaria. also dengue cases are very limited. if anyone has different information , please post them ! i ยด m very interested in this stuff. biggest danger on kpg is motorbikes and drugs ! have fun bob |
