panic disorder and depression
I found this site while searching for info on panic disorders and Christians. I had an episode of depression last year and then another just a few weeks ago. Does anyone else have "anniversary" episodes? I now realize that I've experienced panic attacks for years without knowing what was wrong. They seem to get progressively worse. I also think there is a correlation between the panic, depression, and my hormones. |
