appreciate prayer for TENNIS ELBOW !!! Also would appreciate any wisdom someone might have and need it quickly. " in a multitude of counselors there is safety " Feels like the bone is even sore . Not sure maybe it's just the muscles around it. $ tight and no insurance at the present time.
I'm making a decision in a few days to possibly either get cortizone injection or accupuncture.
Been battling it for approx. 3 months but still bothering me .
Have done prayer , SPOKEN TO IT according to MARK 11 : 23 ,ice , heat , rest ( though not real long . not teaching and barely playing ) glucosamine , magnets . It has gotten better but is still painful.
ASAP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
