His lifestyle will reflect that he is true believer. His life is not centered around the things of the world, buton the things of God. He does not cause sorrow to others. He Glorify God. He does not attend church. For me it is hard to visit a church every sunday knowing that i shuld be fellowshiping with my husband. pray God guide me on his will

Replying to: Going against the ways others think, can be a good thing or a bad thing. If it lines up with Scripture, then it is a good thing. Actually I believe that all the messages on this board are worthwhile and fill a need in someone?s heart. If it is a message that goes against what you believe or think, that is ok. A message that goes against what the Bible mentions however is not ok, at least with me.
If you are wise to the things of God, as mentioned in the Scriptures, we will stand up against these things. Sexual
immorality, lying, cheating, misrepresentation of any kind, we should all stand up against even if it involves ministries,
believers or non believers. God has put into place the church, which oversees actions such as these, and allows us to have accountability. If a Christian makes a claim then they should also be willing make accountable. If you are a ministry or even individual and say that you are doing all kinds of things and someone asks you prove. Willingly give it. If not, then more than likely there is a problem. This is not as issue about a specific ministry or person, it applies to everyone.
Fellowship is necessary for all believers and we should strive for this. For example if you ask someone: Do you believe in God, good question. Do you believe in Christ as your Savior, better question? Do you have fellowship, wise question. What church do you go to, wiser question. I would assume that any person who is a committed believer in Christ, would be willing to share this information with another person. This lifts up God through our testimony. If someone is not willing to share this information, may be a problem and that person needs our love, concern, and most importantly prayer.
Many people say that they believe in God and Christ, The Bible teaches us that not everyone who calls on the name of Christ, will receive eternal life. Many people will call themselves Christians but their lifestyle will reflect something quite different. Some people are true believers but do not fellowship with others believers. Their life is centered around the things of the world, and not on the things of God. Some people believe but do not have accountability over their Christian life and cause much sorrow to others around them and themselves. No one asks them the questions, are you telling the truth? Does you lifestyle bring Glory to God. Some attend church, fellowship with believers, have a deep commitment and love for God, and have turned their life over to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. These people bring great joy to themselves and to others and they live in peace.
For everyone reading this, we need to ask this question of ourselves. What situation are you in now?
Our ministry is very much Christ centered and encourages everyone reading this, to also receive Christ and welcomes fellowship with others in Christ. We live in Godly contentment, fellowship and peace with others who live in Christ. Last week I shared fellowship with 185 people from many nations, including Pakistan, Australia, US, India, Indonesia, Nepal and many others. What a blessing it was to live together in Christ. God tells us in the Bible we will know the tree by its fruit.
Are we true believers in Christ (the tree) then we live in fellowship with other true believers (the fruit) I hope that these
words will encourage others who read them? |
