Re: pray for daughter-in-law,etc

Hi everybody,
Wow! Anne, Ca. I'm so happy for you getting to go on your trip, feeling better, etc. How I praise God with you after so much you've been through. Congratulations on your 56th anniversary. That really is a testimony these days.

I am doing pretty good actually. But I am worried about my daughter-in-law. She has all the symptoms of hypo-thyroidism, but her Dr. won't give her anything for it. Both her Mom and sis have it too. Her hair is so thin and she has gained a lot of weight in just a couple years. Also she is exhausted ALL the time and other symptoms too. I've been praying for her, but no answer yet. Maybe you all could join me and believe for her. She has to work full time and has two active boys. As well as deal with the stress of my son's migraines. Low thyroid is really bad for your heart. Would you please pray that God will send help soon?
Thanks as always,
Tricia Joy

Hi TricaJoy,
I am so glad that you are doing better.
I am so sorry about your daughter in law.
Father,
We pray that you would intervene and get her daughter in law the medical help that she need. Please strenghten her, heal her and fill her with comfort and peace. We continue to pray that you would heal TricaJoy's son of the migraines. In Jesus'Name Amen

Re: pray for daughter-in-law,etc

Dear Tricia Joy,

You are100%correctthat she needs to take synthroid medication. She has allthe classic symptoms of low thyroid. INSIST ON A CONSULTATION WITH AN ENDOCRINOLOGIST> and you will get what you need. It is one of the easiest things to diagnose and treat. There are at least 5 different kinds of thyroid problems..allof which are treatable. I have referred many people to an endocrinologist and batted 100% every time.
The doc used to tease me because I jokingly said that he was putting me out of business! In most instances but not always, it is inherited. If a person has been exposed to large doses of radiation ...that person could develop one of the thyroid illnesses later.

Will pray for the right doc and proper treatment!

Re: pray for daughter-in-law,etc

Dear Tricia Joy, I am praying for your daughter-in-law. I know in some areas of our country it is very difficult to get a second opinion let alone have them refer you to a specialists but praying your daughter-in-law finds God's favor with her Doctor. That God will open his or her eyes and ears. Or Just reach down and touch your daughter-in-law's thyroid and heal it so that all involved will give God glory. IN Jesus Name Amen Thank You Lord Jesus!!

Re: pray for daughter-in-law,etc

Hi, I e-mailed my dil to ask how she was doing, but I haven't gotten a response yet. I may have used the wrong address. I appreciate everyone's prayers for her.

I'm doing better myself. The herbs I'm taking for adrenal support are working, so I'm not so tired. I'm also taking iodine and I've been able to lower my dose of thyroid med. I really praise God for this new osteopath who is helping me.
Take care, TriciaJoy
