Sad news - Al Borkovec died from bone cancer on Monday. He made #185 with me in Cochranton.

Visiting and funeral will be held tonight at Roofner-Collins Funeral Home: 544 Chestnut Street, Meadville.

Visiting hours are from 5 - 7 and the funeral and committal service begins at 7. Fr. Ray Grammata from St. Agatha will preside.

Please keep Al and his family in your prayers.

That is sad news indeed. I worked the Team Men's 185 and we became good friends that weekend. It was always a joy to be around him. I know that he is now in Heaven and no longer suffers.

Al will be greatly missed but his memory will live on in our hearts.
