If you are interested in a pocket version of the DeColores lyrics, there is a downloadable version now available in the Downloads section of the Cursillo website.
It folds up to be the size of a credit card.
, , , and once you have your handy dandy little pocket De Colores, take it out several times a day, and sing only the 1st verse until you don't need the card anymore.
Then, move on to the 2nd verse and do the same.
Pretty soon, you won't need a little card anymore!
Arco and I did this as Palanca for the 1st Metanoia that we worked - we had a race to see who would be the 1st to memorize each verse! We successfully memorized the song in less than 1 month.
Do this as Palanca for the next couple of Cursillos - learn our "National Anthem" [unlike some other people]!
You can prompt yourself by remembering the order of the verses:
1. Nature - fields, birds, rainbow
2. Light/sun - sun-up, sun, diamond
3. Joyfully, faithfully, joyfully
4. Missionaries, Cursillistas, Let the others
5. Sings the Rooster, cluck hen, babe chicks
