Did you know that the Diocese of Erie Cursillo Movement (That’s us!) is taking part in the Perry 200 Grand Parade on Saturday, May 25th? We will have a float in the parade and Lew Nordin is heading up the building and design of the float. The float theme is “From the Cross – To the Grave – To the Sky”
There is still work to be done to get the float ready to participate in the parade. Please volunteer some time to help out. The next work session is this Tuesday, bring a happy heart and a smile (and a paint brush if you have one). Come join in the fun – more hands equals less work for each.
When: Tuesday, May 7 at 5:30 PM
Where: Float Storage Area – White building with many garages just north of Target on Hershey Road.
Needs: Able Bodied Volunteers first and foremost, painters, artificial flowers and fake greenery that you might have laying around the house
