Okay ladies I am sure some of you have been through what I am about to tell you.... I went to my lawyers office on Friday morning to find out my STBX thought he had sole custody of our 9 year old son who has been living with him all summer so he went and enrolled him in a school closer to him....
We both have JOINT custody of all FOUR of our kids. And Legal JOINT custody...
So after hearing that he then tells me he has to let me go because I can't afford to pay him and he can't extend anymore credit to me. He tells me I need to go file and xparte to get into court to show the judge my STBX has broken a court order.
I have never done this on my own and I am totally scared having to go into court with him having a lawyer and me not having a lawyer anymore.
Can anyone give me any advice. on this this... Thanks
