My spouse walked out on my 13 yr daughter and I in November 2008. He has had little contact with my daughter since fathers day 2009. He pays no child support. I have sent him several drafts of separation and divorce documents. He says he will sign but never does. I can't get his address, just a PO box. Upon doing a google search on his phone number a friend of mine discovered it lead to an escort site. The escort is the "friend" he brings around everytime he make an appearance to see our daughter. What now? He is my daughters father but how do I let her go anywhere with him? How do I get this divorce over with?
