did anyone out there ever have to go to court ordered counseling. My husband petitioned the court and the judge ordered only one session. Nothing ever came of it. So my lawyer checked into it. He appealed the decision, got a new judge and that judge awarded him 3 sessions which is the max allowed by the court, any more would be voluntary. I can't believe this, I feel like I am being forced to stay with this awful man.

HI Sadie, no they dont do that in this state. I however kind of wished they had. I really dont have a reason from him as to why we are getting a divorce. Not that I want him back, but would like to know where his mind is. He wont speak to me at all. Pretty crazy after being together most ofour lives.
Dont worry though I doubt they can make you stay with him no matter what.
