the ex and i have 50/50 custody of our 2 children. kids stay with me 100% and ex only sees whenever he feels like. He works seasonal jobs and then collects unemployment. his mom also supports him. He hopes from motel to motel and threaten me that i will end up paying him if i take him to count. he also said he will never work so that i will end up paying him. He is very educated man with MBA in business but choses to be a bump. please advise.

It depends on what your child custody agreement and/or court order says. If it does not provide for the children to be taken out of state, even for vacations for example, then you will likely have to (1) get permission from the court to take them out of state; (2) come to an agreement with the in-state parent to take the children out of state; OR (3) talk to a lawyer to see if the custody agreement can be modified to permit out of state visits.
