Jody: My ex accused me of hiding assets. I reminded him that my family had helped me pay for things and told him where the money went. He had been stashing away $200K for retirement for years, but told me. He also spent a lot at "gentlemen's clubs" and was donating $600/month to the church (I got the line item statement with both our names on it in the mail with the donations on it and he cut it to $75/month when he filed). I feel he was "dumping" money into the church to make it look like he had less, financially. You are entitled to FULL disclosure. Get everything in writing (like the bank statements) to prove your case. Ask your Lawyer.
