Mother vs Ex's parents Please Help!!

Hi, I have come to the issue where I share custody with my ex's parents. It is a 50/50 situation... As it stands at this moment they are taking their son to court to take all his rights. But they just informed me when they are doing so they want to take another 10% from me leaving it 60/40 them getting 60 and myself left with 40.. I am the biological mother. Their reasoning is so they don't pay child support.. I however do not care about support I don't want their money I just want my time with my son... Please help is there anyway to bypass support in a 50/50 custody I can't loose anymore time

You need a lawyer.

However, if you are a stable adult, the grandparents have very little chance of removing custody from you. In fact, if the instability of the father is the issue, you could petition for full custody.

The biological parent trumps the grandparents. They are legal strangers to the child. They also have no responsibility for paying child support. You need to be prepared to raise your child on your own.
