The court ordered that I should receive equity on the house we owned,but my ex-husband never sold the house he let the bank foreclose on the property. Is there anything I can do?

If there was no equity, then you get nothing.
If you co-owned the house with him, you had the option of paying the mortgage to avoid foreclosure.
