Im New here, and going through Hell. My husband has been having multiple affairs over the last 10 months. We tried counseling for about 5 weeks until I found out he was still doing the same thing. I now want to move and file for legal separation in the new state I am moving to. Can I do this?

HK: Check the divorce laws either on line or with a Lawyer. Try to get a free consultation. Close joint accounts (bank, credit) and get your own. A Lawyer would tell you to do this. Please don't get back into bed with this man. Seems as though he may be a sex addict.
