My husband left me last year. He went and lived with his daughter. My husband gave her power of attorney. She turned on him after he recovered her truck and he remodeled her home. I filed for a legal separation and he originally filed for a divorce. Now the daughter is trying to place him in a home and give him a legal guardian. I already told the courts in my filing that I felt my husband was incompetent, but his doctor said he was competent. Now the doctor says he is incompetent. The daughter is trying to turn him over to the state so I have no grounds for getting income. Is this legal?
