The best I can figure out based upon the limited information is that for some reason the pre-trial was vacated it means cancelled .. do you have another court date or is this dead in the water at this point? This happened to me as well .. recently .. my atty had a stroke and so I have now been waiting 3 weeks for new information. When a date is vacated it usually means that something has come up and they need to reschedule and it's between the atty's to set a date.
