I don't know what to do. Long story short, I filed my response but only the first 2 pages, it's been past 60 days and I am not talking to him at all and don't want to. Can he continue to complete the divorce even though I don't want to communicate with him?

I can't STAND dealing with my soon to be ex. But if it gets me the divorce faster, I'm all for it.

Keep your conversations in texts or emails, then you don't actually have to talk to him.

Chelsea: I have been divorced since 2009. My ex filed. The Lawyers did most of the talking. The divorce papers were nasty. You both should have Lawyers if you can afford them and let them talk on your behalf. Yes, he can complete the divorce if you are not talking to him.
