Could I put child's full name in divorce settlement? It only says:"The parties agree that wife shall be awarded sole custody(physical and legal) of the two minor children of the parties namely, C.W. and Z.W., born on April 14, 2009" . I don't agree use initials for my kids, but attorney said " We are no longer allowed to put the children’s full names in the divorce decree – just initials." Is this true? what should I do if I cannot renew and apply IDs of my kids without full legal name.
