I am in the process of a divorce. I live in Florida and my husband lives in South Carolina. We had previously come to an agreement in Florida but it became so complicated that I filed for dismissal. The agreement then gave him NO rights to my home or any of my assets.
Now I filed in South Carolina for adultery and I am wondering if the Quit Claim Deed will hold up as far as marital assets up there.
