I got married to my father-in-law who is 10 years older to me. It's been one year I came out of home as I don't like the marriage happened with him. I wanted a divorce and my daddy said that you weren't married legally because there were no papers that I have signed. Only photos of my marriage are there. Is it correct? Or do I need to start to file a divorce?

How old were you when this marriage occurred? I think you were set up.
Marriage licenses are issued by your county clerk's office and records kept there. Look there for a copy of the license.
