My 1st FDR is tomorrow. My husband has not filed his Form E. He sacked his solicitor who then posted MY form E through his letterbox this afternoon. He is now sitting there going through my accounts and I have nothing from him.
Has his solicitor broken the law by giving him my documentation?
Has my solicitor broken the law by giving my husbands solicitor my documents without exchange?
My husband has also put in a last minute application for an adjournment tomorrow. I dont know whats going to happen. Help
