Re: Divorce but stay together

Yes, it's possible. This approach reduces financial entanglements and obligations.

Re: Divorce but stay together

Yes, my ex-husband, and I have been living this situation since our divorce in 2006. We're not boyfriend and girlfriend, but we are friendly, and get along. He works out of state, and wanted me to stay in the home until our children turned 18. He initiated the divorce citing irretrievably broken, I never wanted the divorce, but he has never wanted to discuss much. He says he doesn't have intentions of kicking me out of the home, but I am starting to make decisions on where I will go, and what I will do now that the children are grown. He has provided the same amount of assistance since our divorce, I've apologized to him that we ended up divorced, but talking about getting back together isn't always an easy conversation.
Set boundaries, and do what you feel is right, whether it's leaving, or staying. For me, our two children was the main reason I agreed to our arrangement.
