I have sole legal custudy and my child lives with me. The father abused and neglected her, Dcfs investigated and found him guilty. He did all his parenting classes and such but he wants unsupervised visits. The case has been close. What are his chances of being awarded unsupervised visits, he has not seen her in months willingly and he used to get supervised visits... im scared anyone with any experience please share. I need words of encouragment I cant let my baby around him unsupervised he is soo abusive but fake in court of course..

No question that you need to do everything you can to protect your child. I think any Judge should agree to supervised visits to start out with. Request them until he can prove a reason to stop them.
