I'm going through a divorce. For past year we have been doing custody equal mon to mon. My ex got a new job and will be working nights on tues to fri. So he wants me to keep our son every week from tues to Sat morning n him have sat to mon. I do not want to loose my weekends with my son. Can he do this or can I still get my every other weekend still

Get a custody agreement in writing from a Family Lawyer or, if you already have a Lawyer, get it from them.

It sounds like he is trying to tell you what the custody arrangements will be and he doesn't have the right to do that. If there was a set visitation that both of you agreed upon that schedule should stay in place and he is responsible for childcare while he is at work.
