Therapist and his nanny Bills (Nanny he has during his time at 200 a week.

Am I responsible for Dad's choice in therapists and paying his nanny the time the kids were with him? Dad just came back with seven years of invoices and wants me to pay him 35k! He makes ten times what I do and hired the psychologists at 250 an hour. How am I suppose to pay for those therapists and pay his nanny?

Also, being I am the one that took care of my children, drove them too and from school and extracurricular activities, could I claim I am "the nanny" in essence in our household. Since I do not have invoices for my time I feel the court is requesting payment when I am incapable of paying his requests.

Alexandra: Lawyers handle questions like this and the Judge either accepts or rejects the recommendation. I would contact a Family Lawyer with this question and to advocate on your behalf.
