I've been separated from my sons father for a little over a year now. My son is going to be 4 and it's now starting to bother him. He's starting to say he wants mommy to go with him to daddy's house. My heart is breaking because I don't know how to explain to him that mommy and don't aren't together anymore. I want to steer clear of the whole "mommy doesn't love daddy anymore" because I don't want him to get worried about his mommy or daddy not loving him one day. I come from a divorced home myself but this is a whole new ballgame for me! Please help! Any advice is appreciated!

Even mine is the similar story, ex- husband not concernd for the child, Left us when my son was 7 months. Single handedly handled everything. My Son has not even seen him. He calls my father as Daddy, since I call him the same. How should I tell him the truth. He has just now turned 4. I want to prepare him and not make him realise that he has something missing. Needed advise.
