I am taking my ex back to court. He recently lost his home and job as a career firefighter due to alcohol on his breath at work. My 13 yr old also informed me he drinks and drives. They love him and I don't want to take them away. All opinions are appreciated!

Lindsey: Since your 13 year old has informed you he drinks and drives.......I would tell the Judge and or Lawyer to recommend supervised visitation only. See if there is a visitation center in your area. We learned not to depend on my ex for anything after he left. He started drinking at the end of the marriage - hopefully he stopped. I have a bf who drinks now so my heart goes out to you. Take care of yourselves, everyone.
