I am in the process of divorce, my husband and I have a joint account that is no longer used he has opened a new account in his name only he has 14000 in this account, do I have any right to half this money since we are not yet divorced?

Yes mam,you most certainly do! Obtain whatever proof you can without your husband being aware you know about the account. He may move it again if he knows you are aware of it. Please take my advise as I am a divorced woman too,don't let him get anything that is legally yours because you don't want to "upset him or rock the boat". You will need everything you can to take care of yourself and any children you may have.
