When we divorced about a year and a half ago, we agreed to a lesser child support amount because he was living in an apartment that was a lot of money and I didn't want my kids visiting him in some shack in the inner city.

About six months ago, he moved in with his girlfriend who owns her own place and has her own business. His girlfriend has been living there for quite a few years, so it's not like they bought the place together.

Since then they've been going on all sorts of vacations and he's spending less time with the kids.

Meanwhile I'm struggling to make ends meet. He's driving a two year old car while I'm trying to keep a 13 year old car on the road.

Can I go back to family court and get more child support, now that his circumstances have changed?
