I need help!!!iv been divorced since july last year. My ex moved out for 4 months. Then he wanted to sort things out. He practically took every cent from me. I tried contesting but it was too late. Now hes back home and wer discussing school for our 3 year old. But he insists he wont pay more than whats required. Our divorce says he pays maintance and we split school costs in half. He doesnt want to pay the school fees as he says if use yhe money for everything my son needs instead of using my mobey. What do i do? J cant afford a lawyer

Is he there because he has blown all his money even after taking most of yours and because he has nowhere to go and are you two together just for your son? Red flags are flying all over the place. Sorry he took so much of your money. He does not have to pay for more than the agreed upon amount in the divorce settlement. Is anyone working now?
