My ex and I agreed on an uncontested divorce, I gave him the house, did not want any of his pensions, benefits and insurance. I don't need any financial support though I know he earns so much more than me, I need nothing but my son, my car and for him to get out of my life. My son is not my ex's, he did not even legally adopt him. However, he wanted parenting rights and 50% custodial rights. He doesn't have that right.
