The pain is real but you have the choice to let it go

Take a break from the turmoil. I have two special needs adult children 30 and 16, a 26 year old daughter who lives with me with her 3 year old daughter. My mother just had breast cancer surgery. You must be strong and take a break from the turmoil and pain. ONE DAY AT A TIME. ONE FOOT IN FRONT OF THE OTHER, AND DON' T FORGET TO BREATH. TELL YOURSELF YOU ARE OK . TELL YOUR KIDS THEY WILL BE OK. THEY BELIEVE IN YOU.

HAVE FAITH
BELIEVE IN YOURSELF
WRITE YOURSELF A LIST BEFORE YOU GO TO BED OF THINGS TO DEAL WITH THE NEXT DAY, THEN YOU CAN LET IT ALL GO AND REST PEACEFULLY.

WHEN ONE DOOR CLOSES A NEW ONE OPENS.

TAKE A BREAK EACH DAY TO LAUGH, SING, DANCE OR WHATEVER BUT DON'T LET ANYONE TAKE ANOTHER PRECIOUS MOMENT OF YOUR LIFE FROM YOU OR YOUR KIDS IF YOU HAVE KIDS.

AND DO NOT FORGET TO DREAM.
SWEET DREAMS, GOODNIGHT
