My current situation is I was told by my ex that he will be filling for me to have my rights terminated due to my lack of visitations. I stopped seeing my daughter due to falling into deep depression . I didn't see her for 4 years but now that I am better I want to see her. He has stated that he doesn't want me to see her and to sign my rights over so his wife can adopt her. I have spoken to my daughter by text and she wants me in her life. I do not know where they live so I can't pick her up. I feel so lost. we have a standard visitations order. what can I do to be able to see her and if he takes me to court for abandonment will he win? I just want a second chance with my daughter.
