I am seeing someone whose spouse refuses to sign the divorce papers. She has mental health issues and is angry at her husband for cheating. My issue is that I feel the spouse (the person I am seeing) can do more to deal with her and get her to agree to the divorce, but it seems to me like he is not wanting to deal with her due to her mental health issues. He says there is nothing he can do to get her to agree but I feel he could be approaching her or doing something - am I wrong??
