I know I am not divorce. But my married is been horrible since were together. Not the whole time but mostly. Before my married I signed a prenuptial agreement before we met in person.Now he his retiring soon, he ask me to sign a paper of not receiving annuity when he retired. We dnt have any children. He has 5 children. Hes been married couple times. And his one ex wive receiving monthly annuity now from his previous retirement. I am confused? What should I do? DO I sign the paper? I don't build up retirement yet. We have 30yrs gap of age.
