Your problems with your lawyer and now the GAL indicate that you are likely the problem. Are your expectations reasonable? Are you trying to keep your kids away from your ex?
If you are at the point where the GAL has already made recommendations, you are likely stuck with the result unless you make an agreement with your ex. The judge is likely to accept the GAL's recommendations as stated. Your best bet is to negotiate with your ex.
