I'm trying to divorce my ex who lives in Israel (I'm in America). I have NO WAY of contacting him or even know if he's even alive. I've filed the necessary 'attempts to serve', but with no response. I received back a letter from a court where I tried to publish the intent, but they said they don't do that, so my judge has decided that I haven't properly served my spouse. I have no other way of trying to get him served and the case is about to be dismissed and I'll have to start all over again and I can't afford it! What else can I do to show proof of service so I can go forward? Help!
