Hey so i moved to one state with my husband he was military and got out, well a year after moving he found another woman and is living with her we have a 2 yr old and he told me he wants a divorce on my birthday well all my family and friends are from a different statte!.. Im in his home state... Can i legally be allowed to move back home or can he really force me to stay and live here forever or well tell shes 18? Help i just want to go back home and be with my family and friends!

Dawn: I know someone else who wants what you want but has to stay in his home State near him until the kids are 18. Speak with a Family Lawyer in the State you both live in now. Have you spoken with him about this? Does he just want to spend all his free time with this new woman? Does he want to keep or give up his parental rights/visitation with this child?
