I am going threw an uncontested divorce. We own a home together,he is the only one on the mortgage loan. We both are on the deed. If I don't put anything in the divorce papers am I still intitled to any money if he goes to sell the house?

My thinking is that the deed is the key here- owwnership. If you are on the deed you get half of a sale of the home. It sounds like the loan is his- so his half of the sale is responsible for paying it off not you. Just my opinion though.
