Okay, My boyfriend moved out of his wife's house and she gave him the tv to take. He got arrested and she is laying claim to his clothing, the tv, and anything else of his. Without him here to say yes or no she says she is going to come and take his stuff. Problem is, he is renting a room in the house i live in. I do not feel i have the authority to give away his items. The landlord has to handle that, right?
