I applied for a divorce and my ex husband applied to the court for the absolute. i didnt want it to go through as the finances weren't sorted but the judge said it didnt matter. shortly after he died and although the house was in his name i registered an interest in the property. his family are badgering me to take my name off the deeds so the will can be sorted. am i entitled to anything even though i wasnt in the will?
