My ex husband has been difficult throughout the divorce and in the years since. We have three children in shared custody so I have no choice but to deal with him. The court decision included timeslots for phone calls to the kids when in the other parent’s custody. My ex does not respect this. The kids are prevented from answering the phone or, if they do answer, their father requires that the phone be on speaker and he and his new wife make as much noise as possible to make the conversation nearly impossible. Is there anything I can do to enforce my rights?
